Japanese War Crimes.—An Australian War Crimes Court found three former Japanese Army officers guilty of murder.’ It sentenced Major Hiroshi Itusi and Captairt Tadushi Yasuda each to life imprisonment and Captain Masuzumi Iguchi to five years’. They had been charged with having executed an Australian prisoner-of-war who escaped from Victoria Point Camp, in Burma, on July 12, 1942.—L0s Negros, November 20.
