Russian Claim in Baltic. —The Stockholm correspondent of the British United Press reports that Sweden and Denmark are conferring on steps to be taken to protect their fishing rights in Baltic waters in the light of Russia’s claim to a 12-mile territorial limit instead of the usual three-mile limit. The two countries are expected to reaffirm their attitude that Russian territorial limits must conform with tradition and the general rule in other parts of the world. —London, June 21.
