ROAD RACE TO-MORROW The Tinwald Cycling Club will conduct a 25-mile road race around the Allenton block to-morrow. This race is timed to start at 2 p.m., and handicaps have been declared as follows: Scr- J. Whyte, J. Murphy, C. Chester lh min: T. Peach, A. McKenzie, J. Tait~ J. Chester. 2J min: D. Bam, A. Sampson, J. Ching, J. Keeley. 3| min: I. Harris, G. Metcalfe, A. Scott, T. Aldridge. 5 min: G. Keeley, J. Arthur, R. Arnst, C. Gluestein, R. Brunton. 8 min: T. Digby, R. Skilling. 9 min: L. Arnst. ASHBURTON CLUB ANNUAL ROAD RACE The Ashburton Amateur Cycling Club will hold the annual road race to Methven to-morrow, when several trophies will, be competed for, including the Cague Cup for fastest time. The race will start at Mr E. C. Bathurst's store at 1.30 p.m. The following are the handicaps: M. Duff, C. Brawley and C. Ward (Bmin), S. ICircher (smin), J. Houston and C. Rooke (4min), H. Kircher and E. Cague (2min), M. Burns, R. Williams, I. Uague (scr).
