CALL BY TITO
OWN ARMAMENT FACTORIES (Rec. 12.10 p.m.) BELGRADE, Mar. 13. Tito, addressing 30,000 persons in a pre-election speech at Drvar, in Bosnia, called for a stronger Yugoslav army as the nation “stood alone” in the world. Tito said the country must build its own armaments factories, as overseas arms were too expensive to buy, and “nobody will give us arms.”
