THE TINWALD STOCK SALE Prices were firm on those at previous sales, and there was a good yarding air the first stock sale of the year held at the Tinwald yards to-day. Top price of 27s 7d for ewes was secured by W. Harvey (Willowby). Up till a third of the way through the sale, the range of prices was: Wethers—extra prime, 46s to 51s Id, prime 42s to 45s 6d, light up to 41s 6d. Ewes —prime 24s to 27s 7d, medium 21s to 23s 6d, light up to 20s 6d.
