Wakanui —The Pride of Wakanui Lodge, No. 32, 1.0.G.T., held its annual picnic at Messrs Cochrane Bros.’ farm, Elgin, on Boxing Day. # Games and sports were provided for young and old, and a most enjoyable day was spent. After tea, Bro. J. Smith, C.T., on behalf of those present, thanked Messrs Cochrane Bros, for the use of their grounds and kindness to all. Three hearty cheers were given and the party broke up.
