CRICKET BALL LANDS IN TRAM (P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. Batting for Manawatu against Wellington yesterday, R. Adcock slammed a ball out of the Kilbirnie ground and into a passing tram. The ball went through the doorway and no damage resulted. The tram stopped and the cpnductor returned the ball.
