BRITISH USE OF GERMAN EXPERIENCE (Ree. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 23. The Secretary for War, Mr E. Shin well, said in the House of Commons that he did not consider a breach of international law’ that Britain had asked German prisoners of war with technical experience of winter campaigns on the Russian front to advise on winter exercises carried out by the British Army. Britain must avail herself “of any technical experience which was conducive to the efficiency of the Army.” •
