APPLICATION FOR CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP OTTAWA, April 16. Igor Gouzenko, former Soviet Embassy clerk and chief witness in the recent espionage cases, has applied for Canadian citizenship following his being made a British subject under the “Letters of Denization Act’’ (denization means the act of making one a denizen subject or citizen).
