GREEK GUERILLAS

SNOWSTORM ASSISTS ESCAPE (Rec. 11 a.m.) ATHENS, April 17. The Press Ministry announced that Government troops operating in the Southern Pindus Mountains discovered 20 bodies of Greek guerillas whom other guerillas apparently had killed in a disagreement. A reliable source states that the High Command is aware that a large number of guerillas escaped from the encirclement movement during recent snowstorms. The feeling is growing in Athens that the Pindus Mountains operation is doomed to failure.
