SURRENDER NEXT MONTH (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 22. Admiral Lord Louis Mountbatten is expected to receive the surrender of the Japanese forces in South-east Asia from General Tersuchi at Singapore early in September, says Reuter’s Rangoon correspondent. Japanese envoys have still not arrived for surrender negotiations.
