Belgrade (Mr Richard Patterson) by the Yugoslavian Foreign Minister (Subasic), making it clear that Yugoslavia reserves all rights to claim the Trieste area and considers that signing of the agreements under which all-hut token force Yugoslavian troops were withdrawn was a sacrifice in the interests of peace.
