INDIAN PROBLEM.
SOUTH AFRICAN ACTION. (Rec. 10,40) CAPETOWN, June 11. A Commission of Inquiry into matters affecting the Indian population of Natal, in a report tabled in the House of Assembly, recommended a full, frank exchange of views by personal conversations between representatives of the Governments of India and South Africa as the only way out of the present impasse. The commission urged the South African Government to invite India to send a delegation for discussions.
