The Lease from the Ashburton Borough Council is for a term expiring on the first day of July, 1954, with right of renewal at a rental to be fixed. The present rental is £7/10/per annum, and the rental for the last seven years of the term will be £B/10/- per annum. A deposit of 10% of the purchase price must accompany each tender. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
