(Bee. 10.5 a.nu LONDON, Mar. 21. Mr Cecil Manning, a Labour member of the London County Council, has been elected Member of Parliament for North Camberwell (London), defeating Mr Rhodes Fisher (Independent ) by 2855 to 971. The vacancy was caused by the elevation of Mr C. G. Ammon (Labour) to the peerage. Only about 10 per cent of the electorate polled —British Official Wireless.
