(Rec. 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, Mar. 31. “It is now a question of ‘To be or not to be,’ ” said the head of the German S.S., broadcasting to Germany about the order that all must learn to shoot. “The day has come,” he said, “when every German must demonstrate his willingness to fight and die for his country.”
