BOMBS IN NORTHERN IRELAND.
SMALL FIRES STARTED. NO CASUALTIES REPORTED. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, September 13. Early this morning incendiary bombs were dropped in districts in Northern Ireland. Small fires were started, but were quickly extinguished, and there were no casualties.
