COMMITTEE ON ORGANISATION, STEP TO ENSURE ELASTICITY. (Received This I>av, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, July 29. The Secretary of State for War (Mr R. A. Eden) has set up a committee to consider tire present administrative, organisation and procedure of the War Office and military commands. The committee is to make recommendations in view of introducing such changes in the organisation and procedure as appear necessary in order to ensure elasticity. It consists of three general officers and three businessmen, presided over by tho Permanent Under-.Secre-tnrv of State for War.
