MINERS RESUME.

ROAD TO BE REPAIRED. (Special to the “ Guardian.”) HAMILTON, November 2. Miners at,the Macdonald and Glen Afton mines resumed work to-day, 150 men from Glen Afton having struck yesterday in sympathy with the Macdonald miners, who struck as a protest against the state of the road leading to the mine. An agreement to repair and maintain the road has been reached between the Mines Department and the Raglan County Council.
