POSITION OF THE PORT BOWEN. ■■ WANGANUI, September 30. Attempts to warp the Port Bowen off-to-day at high spring tide failed. A heavyisea was running and both lines attached to the mushroom anchors were, carried away. The vessel is again broadside on to the beach.
