TINWALD STOCK MARKET. PRICES REMAIN STEADY. FEW CATTLE PENNED. There was no change in the prices realised at the Timvald stock saie today compared with the ruling rates at tho Ashburton sale last week. There* was a limited entry,’ and the quality was up to the usual average. Up to mid-day, when the bulk of the yarding was disposed of, top price was 28s lOd for five prime wethers sold on account of A. Watson (Pendarves), the same vendor securing 27s lOd for a pen of six.

J. W. McKergow (Mayfield) headed the fat ewe section, with two at 24s 7d, and L. Bain (Coldstream) sold three at 24s 4d.

Prime lambs made up to 28s 7d for three vended on account of J. Taylor (Tinwald). There were only a few cattle penned, and these sold at full market value®. Sales were : Fat ewes—On account of J. W.
