The Paris correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says: The police announce that as a result of a week’s work they have deciphered Cagoulard’s secret code, giving a complete, list of its leaders and members.. Sixty houses, in Dieppe were searched over .the .weekend. No discoveries were - made but further arms were found in Normandy and Le Havre. .uU-5 :* a..-..
