LATE COMMERCIAL.
DIVIDEND AND BONUS. (United Pres 9 Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON ,February 18. The National Mortgage and Agency Company of New Zealand last year made a profit of £21,143. The dividend will be 5 per cent, with a bonus of K per cent The amount carried forward is £15,094. The directors emphasise that the bonus applies to: the year under review and must not be taken as an indication of increased distributions in the future.
PIGS AND POULTRY. Prices at the weekly sale of pigs and poultry in Ashburton to-dav were: — Poultry—Hens, Is to Is 10d; roosters. 3s Id to 4s Id; ducks, 3s 9d. Pigs—Porkers, 25s 6d to 44s 6d; stores, 18s to 225; weaners and, .slips, 10s 6d to 17s.
