TRADE DELEGATION

MINISTERS FOR AUSTRALIA. (SEVERAL IMPORTANT MATTERS. (Per Piress Association). WELLINGTON, November 12. To discuss with the Commonwealth authorities questions of mutual interest to Australia and New Zealand, the Minister of Customs (the lib. Hon. J. G. Coates) and the Minister of Industries and Commerce (the Hon. B. Masters) will leave for Australia; either this week or next. Indications .are ''that the delegation will sad from Wellington by the Monowai for Sydney on Thursday fortnight. The departing time of the ship was changed froth 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. An official'announcement concerning the delegation will be made probably to-morrow. Mr Coates and Mr Masters will confer with Federal Ministers on matters affecting the New Zealand-Australian trade treaty. The lifting of the respective embargoes against Australian fruit and New Zealand potatoes are two of the questions to be discussed. Another is that of competition with heavily-subsidised' foreign shipping.
