TRADE TREATY PENDING. i United Press Association— Copyright). LONDON, February 1. During the debate in the House of Commons, the Under-Secretary for Overseas Trade (Mr D. J. Colville) said an Anglo-Russian trade treaty would soon be concluded. He predicted that members generally would be satisfied with it. The Lena Coalfields dispute, the discussion of which would begin shortly, would be closely watched by the Government. It would not bo allowed to prejudice the treaty negotiations.—British Official Wireless.
