LONDON, June 17. Brilliant scenes were witnessed at Windsor Castle at the garden party given by the King and Queen. There were 2000 guests representing sixtysix nations, including the delegates to the Economic Conference. It was' the first garden-party held at Windsor for 20 years. Their Majesties were attended by the Duke and Duchess of York, the princess Royal, the Earl of Harewood, the Duke of Gloucester and Prince George. They stood under a scarlet and gold Indian durbar tent. The chief delegates were presented by their Ambassadors and the High Commissioners introduced the Dominion representatives.
