LONDON, June 16.
The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" states that Germany now intends to observe June 28, the anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Versailles, as a day of mourning. The Government has ordered the Nazi flag everywhere to be flown at half-mast. Teachers will devote an hour explaining what the treaty means to Germany.
