LONDON, March 14. The bachelor Judge, Sir Henry McCardie, has been trying, a breach of promise case in which a woman aged thirty-three was awarded £ls damages against a man aged thirty-three who broke an engagement of eight years' standing because he met a wealthy Park Lane widow.
