(United Press Association— Copyright)

LONDON, March 14. It is estimated that the prizes in-itJie Dublin sweepstakes will be £:«X),UUi>, £ir>o,€oo, and £'loo, ooo. In addition, £90,000 will be distributed to horseholders, and there will be other prizes. Extraordinary subterfuges have been adopted by English speculators to overcome the' restrictions. A business house at Dublin received a cage containing a pigeon. A substantial sum of money was hidden in the cage. The pigeon, when released, flew to England with the necessary tickets. Old boots, inner motor tubes* and boxes of chocolates have also been used to convey money to Dublin.
