RATIFICATION DELAY
CANADIAN-AUSTRALIAN TREATY. * (United Press Association—Copyright). (Received This Day, 8.30 a.m.) OTTAWA, March 11. .The forced absence of the Hon. H. Stevens (Minister of Trade and Commerce), who negotiated Australian Treaty, may lead to ratification in the Dominion House of Commons being delayed until the latter part of the session, which opens to-morrow. Mr Stevens has been ordered to Bermuda following an internal operation, and ordered to lay aside all dutips.
