SOUTH ISLAND TOURNEY. DUNEDIN, February 7. Tb-e South Island croquet championships were continued on Saturday under ideaUconditions. Olio weather was excellent, and tlie greens were playing well. Results:— Women’s Championship—Semi-final: Mrs Horn (Punga) heat Airs McLeod /Gore), 26-15. Final: Mrs Corbet (Punga) heat Mrs Horn (Punga), 26-19. Handicap Singles—Semi-finals: Airs O’Donnell (St. Clair) heat Mrs Anderson (Si. Clair), 26-23; Airs Christopher (St. Clair) beat Mrs Macdonald 1 (Invercargill), 26-17. Final: Mrs O’Donnell (St. Clair) beat Mrs Christopher (St. Clair). 26-16.
