After many legacies to relatives, friends, and other servants, Mr Bell left the residue of his property between Miss Rice and Miss Smith, m addition to the gifts as already stated. Mr Bell founded and was chairman of the firm of Messrs Beck, and Company, engineers, Southwark. Only a few months ago he attended his 53rd annual meeting of his company') at the age of 84 yearn.
