DISMISSAL OF PROFESSORACTION IN SUPREME COURT. \United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) CAPETOWN, August 25. The action brought by Professor Duplessis against the Synod of the Dutch Reformed Church, whereby he seeks to nullify his dismissal from the Theological Seminary at St. Ellenhosch University, has opened before three judges of the Supreme Court.
