REVOLT IN PERU.
VIRTUAL DICTATORSHIP ENDS. PRESIDENT FLEES ON CRUISER. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 10.45 a.m.) NEW YORK, August 25. A message from Lima (Pei-u) states that Augusto B. Leguia, who has ruled Peru under a virtual dictatorship for 11 years, has resigned the Presidency and has fled toward Panama aboard a cruiser.
A military '-insurrection started a week ago in "Southern Peru, and spread like wildfire under the leadership of Colonel Sanchez Kerro. There has been no fighting at Lima, but four citizens have been killed-
