SIR J. WARD’S ESTATE.

SWORN AT £337,000. ’ (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 25. The actual amount of Sir Joseph Ward’s will, sworn for probate, is £337,000. Probate of the will lias been granted by the Supreme Court to his sons Cyril and Vincent, and Mrs Wood, who are executors and trustees under the will, dated August! 30, 1028. This directs that the burial shall take place at Bluff, disposal of correspondence (private, business or official), and bequeaths caskets, certificates, grants of freedom of cities, diplomas, presentations and addresses to his children as the trustees think fit. The will gives £IOOO to the Home of Compassion Board;, at Wellington, and various sums to relatives. The residue of the estate is to be divided among his children, except that the eldest son’s share is greater than the share of each other member of the family.
