ALLEGED BURGLARY.

MAN AND WOMAN ACCUSED. (Special to the “Guardian.”) CHRISTCHURCH, August 25.. Hugh James Collins and Minnie O’Connor were charged in the Alagistrate’s Court this morning, before Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., that on August 23, at Christchurch they broke and entered the'premises of Alargaret Brown, draper at 390 Colombo Street, Sydenham, and committed theft. Collins was described as a labourer aged forty-two years, of no fixed abode, with two aliases, McMillan and. Briscoe, and Minnie O’Connor as being of no fixed abode. She is alleged to have gone under the name of Delia Pine. The accused were remanded to appear on September 2.
