ESPERANTISTS MEET.

A SATISFACTORY YEAR. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 17. The first congress of Dominion Esperantists wast held at Wellington today. Mr C. J. Adcock presided over a good attendance, including several pioneers of the movement in New Zealand.

The annual report indicated that substantial progress had been made, and the balance-sheet revealed a healthy state of affairs. The executive was reelected en bloc. Other business included the adoption of new rules and consideration of matters relative to incorporation and the inauguration of an examination' committee.

It was decided to hold the next congress at Auckland during Easter, i 931.
