THREE MONTHS' GAOL.
NEIGHBOUR'S VEGETABLES TAKEN. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. John Micliael Gearschawski, a married farmer, was sentenced to three months in gaol this morning on a charge of having stolen 24 cauliflowers, valued at 17s, from a neighbour's section. Mr Levyey, S.M., said it was a mean theft, and accused had a past record.
