THE NORWICH CITY.

(United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.35 p.m.) SUVA, This Day.

The steamer Norwich City is reported to be.a total loss. Five whites and six Arabs were drowned when the vessel struck. There are 21 still oil Gardner Island. Three of those rescued are aboard the Trongate. Enormous seas are hampering the work of rescue. A rocket line was sent ashore, as also were water and provisions. The captain, officers and engineer of the wrecked vessel arc safe.
