RAIN SETS IN. A light rain set in this morning, and is continuing. Xhp till 9 a.m. to-day one point was registered at the Domain Observatory. The barometer has fallen 78 points, the reading being 29.62 inches. The temperatures yesterday ranged from 50 to 69 degrees, compared with 47 and 62 on Monday,.
