JURY’S RIDER AT INQUEST. (Per Press Association.) ELTHAM, This Day. That the four victims of the recent fire at the Dominion Boardinghouse met their death by suffocation and burning was the verdict returned by the jury when the inquiry into the fire was conducted at 10 o’clock last night. A rider was added to the verdict “That this jury strongly recommends strict enforcement of the Borough bylaws dealing with the licensing and regulation of boarding houses, particularly the by-laws regarding the provision of efficient fire escapes.”
