OWNERS and Occupiers throughout the County are hereby notified to thoroughly clean, all Water Races running through their Properties of vegetation, .rubbish, or silt during the period between March 31st and April Bth next. During this period the water will not be shut off. Immediately after the above period Water Rangers will be instructed to notify the Council of any cases of non-compliance with the above order.
