AUSTRALIANS IN U.S.A. NEW YORK, July 24. At Brooklyn, in tho fifth round of the Metropolitan championships, O'Hara Wood defeated Donaldson, 6-4, 6-4. Patterson defeated Schlesmger, 6-2, 6-2. In the sixth round O'Hara Wood defeated Feibleman, 6-3, 6-0. In the- second round of the doubles Patterson and O'Hara Wood defeated Leary and Helwitz, 6-0, 6-2. Schlesinger and partner defeated Danielson and Brough, 7-5, 6-4. In the third round Patterson and O'Hara Wood defeated Ramran and Roberts, 6-1, 6-0.
