SPECIAL DOUBLE PROGRAMME.

The double programme arranged for to-morrow evening, is one of special interest, as it presents two famous stars respectively m two brilliant pictorial attractions, William Desmond m "The Mints of Hell," and Bessie Love m "The Little Boss." The story of "The Mints of Hell" takes as its central figure a tenderfoot, Dan Burke, who upon his arrival m the Yukon, hears of a mysterious valley from which one Chaudiare brings quantities of flat gold to be held m safe keeping from him by Bill Weed, the keeper of the Stag saloon m Sun 1 down. Followed by the warnings of sour-doughs about the saloon, Bill starts off with is dog team to find the trail that leads to the unrecorded mine of Chaudiare. The conclusion is stirring m the extreme. In "The Little Boss," Bessie is the diminutive boss of a big logging outfit, and the picture, m addition to showing Bessie at her best, throws interesting sidelights on the logging ndustry. Whether m overalls or m the latest of fashion's flimsies, the little staT has an appeal that is all her own, and m "The Little Boss," she has opportunities of displaying her talents both as backwoods girl and society debutante.
