Teit it I CHOCOJ^ATE PUDDING Ingredients — 2 tablespoons Bntter or Dripping ; 3 tablespoons soft Sugar ; I Egg, f cap Milk, I teaspoon Soda, 2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar, aboat 2 caps Flour, 2 tablespoons Cailler's Cocoa. Method — Beat bntter to a cream, add sugar and eggs, and grre mixture a good beating. Add milk and other ingredients sieved. Half fill a greased basin, cover with a greased paper ; steam for 2 hours. Turn out and serve with sweet sauce or cream.
