;!V sTRIBtHSJAL AGREED Tb.^ jj -DECa^IONS TO BE FINAL. ; ; This DaylJ-^y; With r^ga^d to the mining dispute^ . the -Prime Minister has made the foil- 1 " lowing statement: — "Another conference was held this morning between myself and the representaties of the mineowners and miners respectively, when it was arranged that subject to the approval of the of the Owners' Association on the 'one side and of the executive of the Miners' Federation on the other, the question m dispute shouf3 be referred to a tribunal consisting of one representativer of the mine owners and one representative of the miners and a chairman to be recommended by the Prime Mm- • ister. All three members of the proposed tribunal have been tentatively agreed upon, and their decision is to be final, but m the meantime their names will not be .made public. On the setting up of the tribunal, the "go-slow " N policy is to cease, and normal operations are to be resumed.
