! ' (Special to Press Association.) i TORONTO, August 10. The. New Zealand 'delegates to the Press Conference sent a deputation to Sir George;' Foster regarding paper supplies. The deputation pointed out the serious position of the Dominion newspapers. The Minister gave a sympathetic! reply, and promised to assist in every possible way.

The New Zealariders were greatly impressed by the developments and the potentialities of Niagara water-power.
