, PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH CASE. . '.'("> (Per Press Association.) ' AUCKLAND, August 10. The Auckland Presbytery to-night decided: "That it suspend the Rev. A. A. Murray from exercising the rights and privileges of a minister of Presbyterian Church of New Zealand, and dissolves the pastoral, between him and St. Andrew's Church." £ The committee which reported on the subject to the Presbytery rftated that, for nearly a year, it had borne with Mr Murray in the hope that.he would- take the honourable course, and resign, but Mr Murray had determined to remain a minister' of ;the Presbyterian Church in spite of his declared aw- . belief in her doctrine and practice in, the matter of baptism, and of his refusal to baptise children of members of , the Church. He had thus forced WB brethren to discipline him. 't■ : '
