ANZAC DAY

TO-MORROW'S ARRANGEMENTS.

The form of commemoration for Anzac Day, 1920, lias been arranged by the Ashburton branch of the Returned Soldiers' Association, and will include a military parade and a united church service at the Domain to-mor-row afternoon. The Ashburton Ministers' Association have drawn up the order of service at the Domain.

Returned soldiers will fall in at the Soldiers' Club at 2 p.m., and march to the Drillshed to take part, in the military parade, which will be commanded by Major E H. Orr. Territorials will assemble' at the Drillshed at 2 p.m., including the Bth (South Canterbury) Regimental Band, 3th (South Canterbury) '. Mounted Rifles, 2nd (South Canterbury) Regiment, and Cadets. A firing party from the Bth Mounted Rifles will parade under Ser-geant-Major Willers. The, parade will march from the Drillshed, via. Burnett, Park, Tancred, East, Havelock, and West streets, to the Domain. The order of parade will be as follows:—Band, officers of tho Reserve ■ and Retired Lists, returned soldiers and ex-contingentcrs, veterans, Bth (South Canterbury) Mounted Rifles, 2nd (South Canterbury) Infantry Regiment, Senior Cadets, and Boy Scouts. »

At the Domain addresses will be delivered by the Mayor (Mr R. G-al-braith), Lieutenant-Colonel Findlay, C.8., C.M.G., D.5.0., and the Rev. J. F. Wiseman. The presiding minister will be the Rev. G. Miller, assisted during the service by- Pastor C. S. Matthews and Rev. T. W. Vealie.

, At the conclusion of the service the Regimental Band will piny the Dead March. Prior to the "Last Post" being sounded, the parade will come to the salute. The Benediction and the singing of the National Anthem will conclude, the proceedings.
