VICTORY LOAN.
LONDON, July 12. It is estimated that the Victory Loan, closing to-night, will reach nearly fifteen hundred millions, one-half or which iB new money". There was a remarkable last dayrußa for the Victory Loan, queues of investors forming in many towns. Manchester easily leads the biecities, subscriptions there totalling £12,----500,000 on Friday, making an aggregate of twenty-six millions, equal to £35 per head of the population.
